Holly Welch Stubbing was named President and CEO of E4E Relief in January 2021. She brings nearly 25 years of experience in business development, law and grantmaking for tax exempt organizations, having grown, together with her team, the her previous organization's assets, Foundation For The Carolinas, from $180M to $3B. She is a nationally-recognized leader in charitable tax matters and serves or has served on trade association boards and key public policy committees representing nonprofits and philanthropy on the Hill and contributes as a thought leader on trends in philanthropy, disaster relief, impact investing, and the blurring lines between nonprofits and for-profits.

Holly lives in Charlotte, N.C., and serves professionally on the Merrill Lynch Bledsoe/Cathcart Group Advisory Council and the Seymour Legacy Trust Board of Trustees. She also serves on nonprofit boards for Wake Forest University Charlotte, Trinity Episcopal School and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Public Library Foundation. She is the past board chair of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools Foundation and member of the Alliance for Charitable Reform. She is a German Marshall Fund Marshall Memorial Fellow and is a recipient of the Charlotte Business Journal's Women in Business Award and 40 Under 40 recognitions. Holly was the Charlotte AFP's Fundraiser of the Year Award winner and was recently honored by KPMG/CREW as an Athena Woman of Service. She was also named one of the Mecklenburg Times 50 most influential women in Charlotte.

Lynette Bell is president of the Truist Foundation, an organization committed to collaborating with innovative companies and investing in communities to build better lives. In this role, she is responsible for strategic philanthropy, deepening strong partnerships with nonprofits and strengthening local communities in the areas of leadership development, economic mobility, thriving communities and educational equity.

Bell has served as a board member of the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership and National Church Residences.

Bell received her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and certification as a compliance manager from the University of Georgia and the Georgia Bankers Association.
