Andy Rosa is the vice president of care, supporting customer service delivery across the Accolade product and solution suite. He joined Accolade in 2019 and previously led the large strategic/enterprise account management team. Before Accolade, Andy led various HR functions at AmeriGas and Comcast, buying and enabling Accolade solutions for both organizations. Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. He is also a passionate sports fan and coach.

Liz Ferega joined Accolade in 2019 as vice president of customer success, serving some of Accolade’s largest and most complex advocacy customers. Upon the acquisition of 2nd.MD and PlushCare, Liz moved into her current role of vice president of customer solutions, leading the team responsible for partnering with Accolade customers to understand their strategic priorities and ensure solution alignment. Liz graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

As the Senior Manager of events and webinars at Accolade, Katie spends her days creating engaging in-person and virtual experiences for HR and benefits professionals. She joined Accolade in 2021 after spending 3 years creating events in learning and development and, before that, doing marketing in the fashion industry. As a lifelong learner, Katie enjoys being able to learn from some of the industry’s top professionals alongside the audience. After moderating over 100 webinars, she strives to develop content that evokes emotion, connection, and audience engagement.

Katie graduated with a degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
