How Small to Medium Enterprises are Facing the Back-to-Work Challenge

Human capital is at the heart of the value and differentiation small and medium-sized enterprises deliver to their customers. While a lot has been written about what the return to work will look like for larger corporations, there has been less insight into helping the small and mid-sized business segment navigate its strategies. To fill that void, Coaching Works NYC partnered with PG Research to get some answers. While the focus of the research was on community banks and credit unions, the insights garnered are relevant for small and medium-sized businesses as they develop and implement their return-to-work strategies.

In this webinar, we’ll discuss this segment’s journey both before and during the pandemic and gain insights into how small and medium-sized businesses will grow and sustain as employees return to work. Insights include how smaller enterprises can retain their culture and reframe the connection among employees while rethinking their approach to retention, recruitment, diversity, and inclusion. Strategies for addressing workforce enablement, change management, work-life balance (especially for women and working mothers), and resource redeployment through re-skilling and up-skilling will be covered during the group discussion.
