Windsor Giblin brings 18 years of Human capital experience in Retail & Luxury, Organization Dynamics, Integrations, Employee Relations, Executive Coaching & Mentorship, Talent & Engagement, DEI and International Mobility. Windsor is passionate about people and brings a collaborative, insightful and pragmatic mindset to her evolving consumer and technology driven organization.
Windsor has held executive Human Resources roles within Richemont, a luxury group for the last six years. Previously, working within luxury hotels and fashion retailers, Windsor specialized in people leadership, communication, coaching and building successful teams. Windsor has a Bachelor’s of Human Sciences, Yellow Belt Lean certification, and Finance Management and Strategic Human Resources Leadership certifications from Cornell. In 2021, Windsor was asked to join the advisory panel at University of Houston for their Managing Human Resources program where she looks forward to making an impact. While confident in her scope and experience, Windsor brings an authentic and approachable mindset, with an ability to flex her conversation to each audience. Windsor is an avid reader and loves to consistently push herself to learn new things.
This past year brought new challenges with navigating a pandemic for a workforce that was essential; creating an environment that felt safe for open dialogue around DEI; all while leading the HR team through an integration of 45 LATAM countries into an existing North America platform. Not only does Windsor support Customer service, International Trade, Distribution and Logistics, Watchmakers and a Swiss watchmaking school, she also supports her company’s ECommerce business which has grown over 300% since March 2020.
Windsor and her family currently live in Dallas, Texas, after spending 12 years in New York City.
