AchieversVanessa Brangwyn is a global customer experience leader who serves as the chief customer officer for Achievers. She is responsible for leading Achievers voice of the customer program, customer experience strategy and services organization. She oversees the deployment of hundreds employee engagement programs and enables the services organization to deliver increased value to Achievers global customer base and maintain world-class Net Promoter Scores.
Vanessa has over 10 years of experience holding various client services leadership roles for high-growth technology companies and holds degrees in Psychology and Marketing Management from the University of Guelph.
