Roger serves as Vice President of Mental Health Strategy for the seven-state Providence St. Joseph Health system, based in Renton, WA. In this capacity he has responsibility for behavioral health, population health activities across the delivery system and for all lines of business. Roger has over 30 years of experience in the health care and non-profit sector. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, he worked extensively with individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders as well as in a public, safety-net emergency room. As an administrator, Roger has led efforts to integrate mental health into primary care in multiple organizations as well as the overall coordination of large scale, clinical operations and health plan functions. He has previously served in director level, leadership roles at Virginia Mason Medical Center, VA Puget Sound Healthcare System and Neighborcare Health (the largest provider of primary care in King County for low-income and uninsured families and individuals). Prior to joining Providence, he worked as the Director of the Mental Health and Wellness at Kaiser Permanente of Washington. Roger holds a Master of Health Administration from the University of Washington, a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Washington School of Social Work.

Jennifer is the Director of Employee Wellbeing for Piedmont Healthcare.  She has over 20 years’ experience in the wellness industry including research, club management, program development, digital therapeutics and facility renovations/expansions.

In her role, she creates, develops and executes strategic health promotion programs, leads wellness campaigns and is the business owner of the mobile benefits platform relationship.   She oversees coordination of joint vendor/Piedmont working teams supporting Benefits and the Piedmont Clinic and the formulation of employee wellness communication.

Jennifer is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Cancer Society, STAR Oncology Rehab and is a Fellow of the Medical Fitness Association.  She served as President of the Women’s Leadership Alliance of Piedmont Healthcare and President of the Southeastern Chapter of the Medical Fitness Association.  Presently, she serves as a Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Medical Fitness Association fulfilling her passion for the promotion of Exercise is Medicine and to support career advancement for medical fitness professionals.

A native of Benwood, West Virginia, she received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from the School of Medicine at West Virginia University.  Jennifer resides in Buford, Georgia with her husband and fur babies.  She enjoys golf, stand up paddle board and spending time with family and friends.

Marco Diaz is Senior Vice President, Global Head of Benefits, at News Corp, where he oversees the company's global benefits strategy and deployment. He also serves as Board Chair of the North East Business Group on Health, participates as Board member of the Foundation for Arts and Healing, and is a member of several executive client advisory groups.

Maria Dee is currently the executive director for workforce wellbeing in the national Human Resources department at Kaiser Permanente. Maria is responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership and expertise in developing and implementing an enterprise-wide well-being program in support of Kaiser Permanente's aim to have the most thriving workforce in healthcare.

She is accountable for the national workforce wellness (Healthy Workforce) program; mental health and wellness strategy and programs including the Employee Assistance Program; and guiding the strategy for all the other components of Kaiser Permanente's wellbeing model for employees: career, financial, healthy relationships, and community involvement.

Under her leadership, Kaiser Permanente adopted industry leading actions such as policies on healthy catered food and healthy activities during the workday. She has led efforts to drive enterprise-wide culture change to help employees thrive in the workplace. Maria has also helped Kaiser Permanente receive national recognition as a leader in workforce health and well-being.

Robin Schroyer has been in the health and wellness industry for over 18 years. Robin has her doctorate from the University of Virginia in Applied Developmental Psychology, with an emphasis in Exercise and Sport Psychology focused on motivation in achievement contexts. Robin also holds multiple degrees in Food Science and Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian. Prior to working in a corporate setting, Robin has worked in clinical care settings, owned a fitness facility, focused on women’s health, is a dietitian for beginning exercisers to professional athletes and an adjunct professor in health behavior theory and motivation and sports nutrition. In her spare time Robin is an avid cyclist and outdoor sports enthusiast. You can typically find her on the weekends with her dogs exploring new trails.
