Shelley Sylva is the SVP, Head of Social Impact at TD Bank Group.

As the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility for AIG Life & Retirement, Tori is responsible for building innovative citizenship initiatives and partnerships that drive significant, measurable impact and provide opportunities for multi-tiered support through charitable contributions, event sponsorships employee volunteerism and board representation. Prior to joining AIG, she served as the Vice President of Global Philanthropy at BNY Mellon and as the Assistant Director of The MENTOR Network Charitable Foundation.

Tori is an active member of the Corporate Community Relations Council of Houston and former chair of Corporate Volunteer Council of Greater Boston, which was named “CVC of the Year” by Points of Light in 2018 under her leadership. She is deeply committed to building diverse, inclusive and equitable communities, and has served in various leadership roles through the Junior League of Boston, a nonprofit dedicated to developing the potential of women and improving the community through the effective action, advocacy and leadership of trained volunteers. She was recognized as one of Boston’s Ten Outstanding Young Leaders by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce in 2020.

Tori holds a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Sector, Philanthropy and Social Change as well as a Master of Public Administration from Northeastern University. She completed her undergrad studies at Wheaton College in Norton, MA where she earned a B.A. in Psychology.

Kathleen Bushnell Owsley joined Bosch in 2012 as the first executive of the corporate foundation for North America.  Prior to joining Bosch, Owsley served as a program officer/project manager, Detroit/National Community Development team at the Kresge Foundation.   From 2007-2010, Owsley was the Executive Director of the One D initiative lead by Edsel B. Ford II.    Owsley served as the VP, Market Development with the Detroit Regional Chamber where she worked from 1999 -2007.    Owsley earned her BA in Economics & International Commerce from Kalamazoo College and an MA in Irish Studies from Queen’s University Belfast, where she was the recipient of the Mary McNeill Scholarship.  Owsley is also a Certified Association Executive and has served on the boards of several nonprofits including the Friends of Queen’s University North America, the American Red Cross Southeast Michigan, the Michigan Chamber of Commerce Executives and the Michigan Society of Association Executives from whom she was awarded the Emerging New Leader Award in 2003.

Owsley served as the Chair of the Detroit Area Grantmakers from 2013-15.  From 2015-2019, Owsley served as the co-chair of Governor Snyder’s MI STEM Advisory Council.  Currently, she is the Vice Chair, Corporate Philanthropy on the Council of Michigan Foundations Board of Trustees and is a member of the Community Impact Allocations Committee with the United Way for Southeastern Michigan.

Owsley resides in Plymouth with her husband and two children, Finn & Carys.

Neil Giacobbi is a visionary public engagement strategist with 20+ years of experience creating compelling campaigns and leading high stakes initiatives. He builds collaborations with strategic, often unlikely, partners to advance policy, drive reputation, mitigate risk, develop business, and achieve social impact. Neil currently develops and leads philanthropic and communications initiatives for AT&T in New York City. He previously led the company’s digital wellbeing and responsible product use strategies for customers, employees and the public as well as initiatives serving people with disabilities and to support mass transit and traffic safety. Neil has a bachelor’s of science from Cornell University and was recognized by the Aspen Institute as a First Mover fellow, a global network of accomplished innovators inside companies who lead new projects that increase business value and make the world a better place. Neil lives in Brooklyn with his wife and three kids.
