Tennille R. McCoy is a human resources executive, who translates overarching organizational vision and mission into specific human resources strategies that drive sustainable business results. As a leader, innovator, and forward-thinker, Tennille prides herself in being approachable and articulate, guiding high-impact change and building competitive advantage in organizations through best-in-class human resources leadership. She is a go-to professional recognized for talent management, organizational design and change management, and for building strong, self- motivating teams that exceed company expectations.

Tennille has developed and managed human resources policies, initiatives, and programs for large organizations, including the Office of the Governor of New Jersey; Aramark, a $14 billion global provider of award-winning services; and UBS Financial Services, a global financial firm. Currently, Tennille is Assistant Commissioner of Human Capital Strategies for the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, where she directs human resources and labor relations operations and serves as project lead for public-sector apprenticeship programs across New Jersey.

In 2010, Tennille was elected as a District Committeewoman in Hamilton Township, New Jersey, where she focused on energizing young professionals in the political process. In 2011, Tennille was the first African-American nominated by the Hamilton Township Committee to run for Council.

Tennille is an advocate for women, children, and community empowerment. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Mercer County Dress for Success, Mercer County Technical and Vocational School, and pass president for the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations Alumni Association.  She is a member of RWJ Barnabas Health Foundation, the National Congress of Black Women, and the New Jersey Association of Realtors.  Most recently, Tennille was the Chair of the Mercer/Burlington County CASA Foundation Annual Fundraiser, helping to fund programming that improves the lives of children who have been neglected and abused.

Tennille is a graduate of Virginia State University and has earned a Masters in Labor and Employment Relations from Rutgers University.  Currently, Tennille is seeking her MBA through the TRIUM Global Executive Program, an alliance between NYU, LSE and HEC Paris.

Seth Green was appointed Dean of the Graham School of Continuing Liberal and Professional Studies on July 1, 2021.

Before joining Graham, Green served as Founding Director of the Baumhart Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility at Loyola University Chicago. During his tenure, the Center launched a top-ranked specialty MBA program, a globally significant award for social innovation in business, and an array of educational programs that annually engage more than 4,000 learners. Green also served as an Executive Lecturer in Loyola’s Quinlan School of Business, teaching classes on social entrepreneurship and receiving recognition as the Mission-Driven Faculty Member of the Year in 2021.

Prior to Loyola, Green led Youth & Opportunity United (Y.O.U.), a nonprofit organization that prepares low-income youth for post-secondary and life success. At Y.O.U., Green oversaw the fourfold expansion of programs and a $16.4 million fundraising campaign to build a state-of-the-art youth center. He also spearheaded two strategic planning processes, resulting in an enhanced program model and deepened impact. Alongside Y.O.U., Green taught courses on nonprofit management as an adjunct lecturer at Northwestern University.

Earlier in his career, Green worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, guiding private sector clients through strategy development and change management. A recipient of McKinsey’s Community Fellowship, he spent one year of his time at the firm supporting nonprofit clients, including the Gates Foundation and United Way.

Green speaks and writes on social innovation. His commentaries and research have appeared in the Christian Science Monitor, Fortune Magazine, the Journal of Business Research, and the Social Innovations Journal, and he serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Business and Society Review. Green has been a featured guest on Slate Podcasts, C-SPAN’s Washington Journal, MSNBC, and CNN, and his efforts have been covered by the New York Times, the Washington Post, and the Chronicle of Higher Education. In 2008, Utne Reader named him one of 50 “Visionaries Who Are Changing Your World.”

Green is civically engaged in Chicago, serving on the Campaign Cabinet of the United Way of Metro Chicago, the Impact Investing Advisory Council of the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, the Advisory Board of Concordia Place, the Reception Committee of the Economic Club of Chicago, and the Advisory Board of the Executives’ Club of Chicago.

A Marshall Scholar, Green holds a J.D. from Yale University, a master’s in women’s studies from Oxford University, a master’s in development studies from the London School of Economics, and a bachelor’s degree in politics from Princeton University.

Brad Bentley is a 1988 graduate of the University of Alabama, having earned a BA in broadcast journalism. Since that time, his accomplished career has led him from various leadership positions in media companies to most recently serving as President of the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA). Today, Bentley is President of FASTPORT, a technology company that helps transitioning military service members, military spouses and veterans find meaningful civilian employment.  He oversees a variety of key roles at FASTPORT, including sales, operations and forming partnerships to improve military hiring initiatives.

FASTPORT is also the US Department of Labor’s Industry Intermediary for the Transportation and Logistics sector, where Bentley handles outreach for employers who want to create or enhance Registered Apprenticeship programs.

Michael Chiappetta has held many roles in his 19 years at Accenture, spanning across the Business, Management & Technology Consulting world. Over the last 6 years, Michael has focused on Chicago Market Development activities, including business development, civic and community engagement in Chicago.
Michael was responsible for establishing the foundation for the Accenture Apprentice program in Chicago through a 2016 pilot of 5 apprentices from community colleges and tech focused non-profits that has grown to 85 apprentices thru 2019 that has expanded to 450 + apprentices being brought on in 19 markets across the US thru 2019.

Building on the momentum in Chicago, Accenture and Aon co-founded the Chicago Apprentice Network in 2017 to build awareness and excitement about apprenticeships as a viable recruiting pipeline, getting more companies to follow suit and commit to creating more apprentice opportunities. To date we have 40+ companies that have committed to 630+ committed apprentice roles to date, with many more to come.

Michael was born in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, a proud graduate of the University of Illinois and has enjoyed living on the north side of Chicago with his wife Cathi and two sons Cole and Grant. In his free time Michael enjoys spending time with family/friends, travelling, golfing, cooking and rooting for all Chicago sports teams.
