Kathy is a Director with Aon’s Assessment Solutions practice. She has over 15 years of experience and consults in the areas of personnel selection, job analysis, leadership development, and test development. She also has experience in training, counseling, and executive coaching. Kathy has assisted both public and private organizations, as well as national and international clients.

Kathy received a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology, where she graduated with distinction. While earning her M.S., she had the opportunity to develop selection tools for two large aerospace organizations.

Kathy is a member of the American Psychological Association as well as Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has presented at such conferences to contribute to and advance the field of I-O Psychology.

Marinus van Driel is an Associate Partner with Aon’s Assessment Solutions Practice. His responsibilities include providing strategic, expert advisory, and transition management services to clients related to implantation and maintenance of enterprise-level assessment systems.

The sectors in which he has served client organizations include customer service, retail, mining, manufacturing, utilities, legal, aviation and defense. Prior to joining Aon, Marinus served as a human capital strategist with a focus on leadership transformation as part of large technology implementations. He has also served as an international talent manager with a focus on Latin America, where he guided regional talent management initiatives in seven countries.

Additionally, Marinus has extensive experience implementing international talent analytics programs with strong focus on the United States, sub-Saharan Africa and Europe. He also has experience in public policy.

Marinus holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology.

Stefan Gaertner is a leading expert in human capital strategy and business analytics who has helped organizations tell compelling stories and sort fact from fiction using high-end analytics for more than 15 years. Today, he is co-leader of Aon’s people analytics practice, where he consults with HR and business leaders on topics including pay equity, fair benchmarks, strategic workforce planning, developing advanced analytics and metrics, selecting business intelligence platforms, and the design of corporate workforce analytics groups.

Stefan has served a broad client base of large and small organizations across industries including Tech, Life Sciences, Finance, Health, Entertainment, Oil & Gas, and Retail.

Stefan holds a Ph.D. in HR management from Georgia State University and an MBA equivalent degree from the University of Paderborn in Germany. His research has been published in several journals and magazines, including WorldatWork, HR Executive and the Journal of Management. Stefan is also a frequent speaker on workforce analytics topics, presenting at numerous academic and practitioner conferences in the US and Europe.
