Judith Almendra, Vice President Human Capital and Talent Acquisition at TTEC is an accomplished human capital professional with a proven track record of integrating business and people strategies to drive results. With over 15 years of business and human capital experience, Judith has led teams in the implementation of traditional and innovative strategies in the areas of marketing and communications, public relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, performance management, succession and employee engagement and employee retention.

In her 12 years with TeleTech, Judith has held progressive leadership positions, covering multiple facets of the for Human Capital spectrum as well as leading the development of company’s proprietary human capital tools, programs and solutions. Through her career, she has gained deep expertise in the international business and multicultural markets. And, she has played key roles leading global cultural transformation.
She is originally from Mexico and moved to the US in 2001 to pursue her Masters in Business at the University of Colorado. She is also a board member of the TTEC Community Foundation. The mission of the foundation is to provide better education opportunities to children in underserved communities, which is something Judith is very passionate about.

Rachel Lipson is the Director and co-founder of the Project on Workforce at Harvard, a cross-school, interdisciplinary Harvard initiative that brings together the Malcolm Wiener Center at the Harvard Kennedy School, the Managing the Future of Work Project at Harvard Business School and the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Most recently, prior to Harvard, Rachel was Director of Special Projects at Year Up, a workforce development training provider that create pipelines for 18-24 year olds without BAs into high-demand roles at some of America’s leading companies. She has previously worked on economic development at the World Bank, on workforce training investments at JPMorgan Chase, and in training and organizing on President Obama’s re-election campaign. Rachel is an alum of Harvard College and the joint MBA/MPP program with Harvard Business School and the Kennedy School where she was a Rubenstein Fellow at the Center for Public Leadership. Rachel’s graduate thesis on community colleges for the State of California was awarded the Kennedy School’s Fischer Prize for outstanding research on social policy and she also has been awarded a Harvard Certification of Distinction and Excellence in Teaching. Her writing has been published in the Boston Globe, Washington Post’s Wonkblog, Forbes, New America, Newsweek, and RealClearPolicy and she and her work have been featured by C-SPAN, the Economist, CNBC, Reuters, and Bloomberg. Rachel previously served as a volunteer contributor to the Biden-Harris campaign’s workforce policy committee and as a member of a National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine Committee on the STEM Workforce.

Tamara joined the organization in 2016 as the HR leader for Houston Methodist Academic Institute. In that role she was instrumental in assisting to strategically align the Human Resource strategy to RI needs and outcomes. Tamara brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her new role. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Healthcare Administration, a Masters of Business Administration degree and currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Leadership Studies. She   is Lean Six Sigma certified in process improvement methodologies. She has more than 19 years of Human Resource experience in a variety of roles including HR management, Training and Development, DEI, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Project Management.
