Sarah began her career in Human Resources at companies like SiriusXM, Coach, and Gilt Groupe before transitioning to the role of Head of Sales at Gilt City—the company’s luxury lifestyle experiences arm. In this role, Sarah ran a 65-person sales team, managed $60 million in yearly revenue, and expanded the brand to top cities across the U.S. It was there that she identified the direct correlation between culture and the bottom line—when employees failed to address their issues with colleagues and managers, revenue suffered.

Before co-founding Bravely, Sarah launched an EdTech company (accepted into the acclaimed 500 Startups accelerator) that helped educate kids on the importance of environmental and wildlife conservation.
Sarah’s experience in HR, team management, and tech—combined with an ongoing obsession with helping people gain the confidence they need to find meaning in their work—inspired her to co-found Bravely in 2017.

Cynthia began her career at NetApp in 2009 as the HR Business Partner supporting the Federal business.  The Federal business doubled in headcount/resources and hit an aggressive revenue target in the first 2 years.  During her 10-year tenure at NetApp, she has held multiple HR roles and supported most of the business units in Sales, Marketing, Services and Customer Success (SMS & CS) organization.  She currently is working with the Global Sales organization responsible for the top 100 accounts within NetApp.  These customers have significant industry influence and often lead in innovative approaches to business and the industry.

Prior to NetApp, Cynthia worked in HR at several industries and top companies to include Exxon/Mobil, Sun Microsystems, Discovery Communications and Verisign.  Cynthia has a BA in American Government and Politics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Marymount University.  She is also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.

Deep Mahajan is the Head of People Development and Culture at Nutanix where she leads global learning and development, people programs, and culture function for the company. She has 20+ years of experience in human resources and prior to Nutanix, Deep was a part of the global people development team at VMware. Deep has an MBA from Symbiosis International University, and a BA in Economics from Delhi University.

Deep is passionate about building and transforming organizational culture that brings business impact and accelerates progress towards goals. Under her leadership Nutanix made its mark within the Fortune 100 Best Places to Work in the US – an accolade she believes Nutanix always had and she merely brought it home by telling its culture story to the world.
