Leah is the SVP of Strategy at Appcast and has over 20 years of experience in recruitment technology industries. Prior to joining Appcast, Leah held a number of roles in the recruiting technology industry, including the Director of Product Strategy at Monster and Director of Global Alliances and Business Development at Bullhorn. Earlier in her career, Leah spent 10 years at ZoomInfo leading sales operations, product management, national account, business development, and data services. She currently resides in MA with her son, dogs, and husband.

Heidi Myers is the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Ball Corporation, one of the world’s leading suppliers of metal packaging and aerospace technologies. Heidi has worked in a wide variety of industries in a number of leadership roles focused on creating, managing and elevating talent acquisition functions. Currently, she is building and leading a Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence at Ball.

Heidi has served on and led panel discussions for the Pittsburgh Human Resource Association, Mile High Society for Human Resource Management, and the i4cp Talent Acquisition Board. Most recently Heidi presented as a keynote speaker in the 2019 HCI Strategic Talent Acquisition Conference discussing the development and importance of Strategic Talent Advisors, a global Employee Value Proposition, and Executive Search partnerships.  Heidi earned a bachelor’s degree in English with an emphasis in professional writing, and has continued to further her education through certifications, seminars and conferences.

Hilary Darnell is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management at Comcast Cable Corporation, a global media and technology company.  She has worked in several areas of the company supporting talent acquisition operations, leadership development programs, succession planning, diversity & inclusion, and strategic retention programs.  She started at Comcast in 2010 supporting the transformation of the corporate talent strategy and since then, has supported high-volume customer facing roles through executive level leadership, focusing on career development and engagement.

Prior to Comcast, Hilary worked for Blue Entertainment Sports Television for five years as an Event Director for the Kick It 3v3 Soccer tour.  Kick it 3v3 is the first and largest grassroots small-sided soccer tournament tour in North America.  During her time there, she partnered with organizations such as Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Nintendo, and Nestle.

Hilary earned a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina.  She is a certified Prosci Change Management practitioner, certified Bates EXPI (Executive Presence) Assessment facilitator, and attended the WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) Rising Leaders Program.  She currently lives in Denver, CO with her husband, Pete, and three year old daughter, Rylee.
