Jackie Bassett is the Director of People Strategy at UChicago Medicine. In her current role, Jackie is the strategic HR partner for many of UChicago Medicine’s leaders. She advises and collaborates with healthcare leaders on a wide range of strategic HR topics, including physician and staff engagement, organization development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, diversity & inclusion, compensation and benefits.

Quentin Watson, MSMHR, PHR has close to 20 years of experience in Human Resources serving in various roles including his current role as the Employee Relations Manager with The Salvation Army, Southern Territory Headquarters in Atlanta, GA.  With a specialty in Employee Relations & Engagement, Training & Development, Organizational Development and HR Strategy, Quentin has aided organizations in increasing employee opinion survey results, reduction of personnel costs and retention. A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, Quentin regularly develops conflict resolution strategies to assist leaders and employees leading to professional, impactful work environments.  Quentin enjoys fishing, is currently writing a novel and long walks all over the State of Georgia.
