Jane Curran is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at JLL. In her more than 20 years at JLL, she has served in a variety of HR roles and demonstrated a solid track record of delivering proactive and creative human capital solutions for ever-changing business needs. As head of Talent Acquisition, she has led a significant shift toward a more tech-enabled and marketing-focused function to better source and attract diverse talent pools to fill approximately 30,000 roles a year. She is a passionate champion of diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, and a people first approach.

Jane and her husband Mike reside in Chicago, IL with their two children. Quality time for the Curran family includes trips to the ski slopes of Utah, spending time on Torch Lake in Northern Michigan, football games at the University of Wisconsin, and countless weekends cheering on her kids at basketball, baseball, volleyball and softball games.

Carrington Carter is the Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Workforce Strategy at TIAA.

At Williams Sonoma, Inc. Patti is responsible for Executive Search globally. She has 20 years with the company and has hired for all areas within the organization in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team.

Patti has been helping companies evaluate and hire talent for over 30 years. She began her career in the staffing industry consulting with businesses addressing their immediate and future needs. After many years of being the top in her field in Seattle for a leading search firm, she was hired away by one of her retail clients. After hundreds of successful hires of executives, designers, and merchants over several years with the company, she moved to San Francisco to join Williams Sonoma, Inc. (WSI). Patti has been a part of different organizations within WSI including DE&I, Future of Work, and the WS Foundation.

She is currently an active member of the “TAG” board within the National Retail Federation. Previously she served on the Board of Advisors at SCAD, Atlanta Campus and spent two years as Board President of a small Arts Council. Patti has a BA in English with a minor in Philosophy.

Judith Almendra, Vice President Human Capital and Talent Acquisition at TTEC is an accomplished human capital professional with a proven track record of integrating business and people strategies to drive results. With over 15 years of business and human capital experience, Judith has led teams in the implementation of traditional and innovative strategies in the areas of marketing and communications, public relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, performance management, succession and employee engagement and employee retention.

In her 12 years with TeleTech, Judith has held progressive leadership positions, covering multiple facets of the for Human Capital spectrum as well as leading the development of company’s proprietary human capital tools, programs and solutions. Through her career, she has gained deep expertise in the international business and multicultural markets. And, she has played key roles leading global cultural transformation.
She is originally from Mexico and moved to the US in 2001 to pursue her Masters in Business at the University of Colorado. She is also a board member of the TTEC Community Foundation. The mission of the foundation is to provide better education opportunities to children in underserved communities, which is something Judith is very passionate about.

Heather Tinsley-Fix is a Senior Advisor at AARP, where she leads the organization’s work on employer engagement and helps drive AARP’s focus on providing workers 50+ with the tools they need to thrive in today’s work environment.  With a background in marketing, innovation, and program management, Heather works with employers and job seekers, external partners, and academics to provide thought leadership on 50+ labor market issues and create practical resources that enable employers to build age-inclusive organizations that capitalize on the value of experience.  She holds a B.A. in English Literature and an M.A. in Literary Theory, both from the University of Exeter.

Gary is the head of executive recruiting at Humana, the fifth-largest health insurance company by membership in the U.S., offering coverage for more than 20 million Americans. The Louisville-based company ranks No. 40 on the Fortune 500, with revenues of more than $83 billion and 95,000 employees.

Gary has more than 20 years of recruiting experience across sectors such as financial services, high tech and industrial. Throughout his career, Gary has a reputation as a talent magnate, and this has enabled him to build exceptional teams and foster professional and personal development for his team members.

Before joining Humana this year, Gary was director of global talent sourcing and executive recruiting at WestRock Co. There he led the transition from an out-sourced RPO recruiting model to an in-house model. He also stood up the talent sourcing and exec-recruiting teams and delivered over $2.5 million in cost savings annually. Gary was also a key sponsor and driver in the implementation of new TA technology and processes.

Before joining WestRock, Gary held talent acquisition leadership roles at Verint Systems and Morgan Stanley. Gary has a passion for Diversity, Inclusion, Equity & Belonging and across his career he has evolved and operationalized strategies that addressed diversity gaps, pipelines and hires across the enterprise. He also has a knack for understanding business drivers and enterprise initiatives and how to translate these into recruiting strategies.

Rebecca Warren is a Director of Customer Success at Eightfold AI and has been in and around the TA space for 15+ years at a variety of organizations and industries in both full-time and consulting roles. She has been at Eightfold for just over a year in customer success and the president of the Arizona Recruiters Networking Community (part of the Recruiters Network) and is passionate about helping people succeed.

Ernie is the Chief Regional Officer of Assessment for our North America and Asia Regions. He is a partner in our Washington, D.C. office. He has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors and is an acknowledged thought leader in talent assessment. He helps clients by providing effective solutions related to selection, employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership capability assessment.

Prior to joining Aon in 2008, Ernie was an organizational effectiveness director at Freddie Mac and director of the competency assessment branch at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. He first began working in the industry in 1989. Ernie’s expertise includes developing and implementing talent management strategies, defining workforce capability requirements, ensuring HR practices are legally and professional compliant, leading large scale, global workforce transformation initiatives, identifying market trends and developing innovative strategies to drive business performance.

Ernie earned a Master of Arts in industrial-organizational psychology from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from James Madison University. He is an active member of the American Psychological Society, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington.

Jason Cerrato is the Sr. Director, Product Marketing for Eightfold, focused on our comprehensive Talent Intelligence Platform & App Marketplace. Prior to Eightfold, he was with Gartner as a Senior Research Director, focusing on HR technology and transformation. In 2021, HR Executive recognized Jason as one of HR Tech’s Top 100 Industry Influencers, and he currently serves as a member of HR.com’s Future of Talent Acquisition Research Advisory Board.

With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Jason spent more than a decade with United Technologies Corporation (now Raytheon Technologies), where he was the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, serving as the workstream owner for recruiting and onboarding for an enterprise-wide global HR transformation initiative. Jason is co-host of The New Talent Code podcast, which provides insights and open discussion with industry leaders on all things talent and HR tech.

Joy is an accomplished executive with experience in Human Resources, Operations and Finance. Joy is the Chief Operations Officer for Human Resources for B&V where she is responsible for the global functions of Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, Employee Relations, HR Service Center, and Business HR. Prior to the COO role, she led the HR function for the Global Power business at B&V. She was responsible for development and execution of global workforce strategies and human resource services to support leadership in achievement of business objectives.

For 12 years she held the Vice President Operations role for one of BV’s business units where she led a variety of functions such as general administration, human resources, workforce management, acquisition integration, process development/improvement, policies and procedures, internal communications, IT, marketing, proposals and sales support.

The first 12 years of her career she utilized her accounting degree and CPA where she managed various finance activities including corporate accounting/finance processes such as financial statements, financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting/forecasting, financial analyses, project accounting and billing and collections at three different companies.

Cindy currently serves as VP of HR Transformation at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). Having reached her 24-year anniversary with GSK, Cindy is both thrilled and humbled to be leading the HR organization through this transformation. We are striving to be a best-in-class HR function, partnering with business leaders to drive impact in talent, leadership, culture and capability.

Each day, I am amazed at the level of HR talent we have in our organization who are working hard to protect our license to operate and create the right employee services with user-friendly support. Stephanie has more than 25 years of experience in the health care industry. Background includes organizational leadership, building high-performing teams, business strategy development, health care strategic consulting and solution development, and client leadership management.

Currently, Stephanie is a Senior Vice President in the Health Solutions Practice at Aon where is a senior member of the Global Health Advisory and Specialty team. Stephanie is responsible for driving growth and shaping the future of Health’s capabilities and services globally. She also owns the design and activation of Aon Health’s global go-to-market strategies focusing on creating new sales pipeline and accelerating existing pipeline. In addition, she provides client leadership/strategic oversight on large/jumbo multi-national clients.

Madeleine leads ESG People Solutions in EMEA, representing Aon's Health, Wealth and Human Capital Solution Lines. She has worked at Aon since 2008, beginning her career in the headquarters in Chicago in a global corporate strategy role. She has worked in EMEA's Health Solutions business since 2010 holding a variety of roles in operations and strategy, culminating with her role as EMEA Health Solutions Strategy Leader from 2017 to 2022. Keenly interested in topics such as the impact of climate change and human health, Madeleine began focusing on ESG in 2021 and has since been working on how organizations can transform ESG risks into opportunities and drive positive change at scale through their workforce.

Matthew Boyle is a senior reporter for Work Shift, Bloomberg's newest vertical, covering workplace and management trends across all of its content platforms.

Before this he covered the U.S. big-box retail scene and its leading companies, with a focus on Walmart -- the world's biggest retailer and the nation's biggest private employer -- as well as Target, Best Buy, Costco and the nation's grocery stores.

He was previously the London-based leader of the European Consumer team at Bloomberg, managing a group of reporters and editors across Europe and Africa who cover some of the biggest names in business. The beat spanned from AB InBev to Zara and included all of the major food, beverage, luxury, fashion and retail companies in the region. Earlier, he was a reporter on that team.

In 2010-2011, Boyle was on Bloomberg's U.S. Consumer team in New York, covering Walmart as well as food companies like Kraft, Kellogg, General Mills, Campbell Soup and Heinz. Kirsten Mosier is a New York-based Consultant at Aon in the Assessment Solutions practice. She leads projects to create, validate, and deliver selection and development assessments for Aon clients in various industries, including finance, aviation, healthcare, manufacturing, government, and retail.  Prior to joining Aon, she spent many years at Hogan Assessments Systems, working with consulting companies and recruiting firms to help their clients develop more effective leaders and hire better performing employees. She holds a B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University and a M.A. in I/O Psychology from Hofstra University. Like most people, she has had a non-linear career, having worked as a commercial property underwriter, an entrepreneur, Associate Consultant for Mercer-Sirota, and as a Professor of Psychology, teaching statistics at SUNY Old Westbury and Introduction to Industrial Psychology at the graduate level at Hofstra University. With over twelve years of experience in the recruitment space, Maria’s passion is to connect the right people to the right opportunities to unlock human potential at work. Currently, she oversees all executive and go-to-market hiring at Greenhouse and has helped scale the talent function over a period of immense growth at Greenhouse. Outside of the office, she’s a fitness fiend (775+ classes across 100+ studios), avid traveler, and devoted dog mom.

Lisa Hurst is the director of North America Recruiting at McKinsey & Company. In her role, she leads both campus and experienced professional hiring into all of McKinsey’s North American offices, as well as all hiring from North American-based schools into McKinsey offices worldwide.  Her scope also includes contributing to strategic initiatives for global recruiting, setting North American recruiting strategy, and direct oversight of the North American recruiting organization.

Prior to her current role, she led campus and experienced professional recruiting efforts in North America, and most recently led global experienced professional recruiting. She began her time at McKinsey in 2006 as a consultant, working with pharmaceutical companies on R&D and Marketing and Sales related projects. She has a PhD in Immunology from Washington University in St. Louis, and is based in Washington, D.C., where she lives with her husband and two children.

Ankur Kapadia is the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Technology - Product Management and Talent Acquisition Operations at Wayfair.

Dominique currently serves as the Head of Culture & Engagement & HR Chief of Staff for the U.S. Business Unit of Takeda. Recently, Dominique served as the Interim Head of U.S. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and over the past two years, played a pivotal role in driving Takeda’s U.S. DE&I initiatives, helping build a solid DE&I foundation that continues to support Takeda’s DE&I growth and focus to become a leader in this space.

Dominique helped establish and drive pivotal DE&I campaigns, beginning with the foundation of the U.S. Region DE&I Working Group, setting an approach to regional DE&I governance and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to align DE&I Strategy (optimizing attraction, development, and retention of under-represented talent across the United States) and in the Learning & Development space, drove the creation of DE&I Learning & Development, our U.S. Region DE&I Learning Map and Facilitator trainings. Dominique was also a key voice in our new Global and U.S. Region DE&I portals that helped centralize DE&I content and enable BUs and Functions to utilize programming and resources specific to areas of business.

Previously, Dominique served as Talent Acquisition Leader for USBU and Global Product & Launch Strategy (GPLS) groups, providing strategic direction and thought leadership across all aspects of the recruitment journey, and was a champion for inclusive practices throughout the organization.

Dominique joined Takeda in 2016 as a consultant and served as a primary lead in recruitment integration efforts during 2019-2020. Her emphasis was on creating sourcing and talent identification plans centered on diversity, creating a social media strategy, and developing recruitment partner training to fit Takeda’s vision and mission.

Before joining Takeda, Dominique held Talent Acquisition roles with PwC, Northern Trust Bank, and agency work in the financial services sector. Dominique began her undergraduate journey at Hampton University in Hampton, VA, and completed studies at Governors State University in IL, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

Outside of her relentless focus on talent, diversity, equity, and inclusion, Dominique navigates the world of remote learning with two high-school seniors, finding time for early morning runs, purveying teas and cuisine while remaining an ever-avid karaoke enthusiast.

As the first U.S. employee at Talkdesk, Shauna initially helped scale Talkdesk’s Marketing team, infrastructure and activities from the ground up. In 2016 she was tapped to build Talkdesk’s Talent Acquisition function and since then has helped to scale Talkdesk to over 1,500 employees and to achieve $3B+ valuation. Shauna now runs Talkdesk’s global Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Facilities and Executive Operations functions. Shauna has a doctorate in clinical psychology and has applied foundational knowledge from the field of psychology to help propel Talkdesk along its hypergrowth trajectory.

Jackie is a global talent acquisition leader with more than 20 years of experience working in diverse industries. Today she leads the Talent Acquisition function for Eaton where she is responsible for the
strategic direction and execution of hiring across the company’s global footprint. Previous to this role,
Jackie was with Bank of America for 8 years where she was a Senior Vice President and led Executive
and Corporate Recruiting for sectors of their Global Wealth and Investment Management Division. Jackie began her career in the Executive Search business where she spent 9 years with a privately held firm with offices in New Haven, CT. Jackie holds a bachelors of arts degree from St. Joseph’s College and an MBA from the University of New Haven. She resides in Brecksville, OH with her husband Ken and 9 year old son, Ross.
