Yet this revolution presents new challenges for companies in choosing and supervising these tech tools. How should these tech platforms be evaluated? Which departments of the company should take responsibility–and how can organizations coordinate these moves? How can companies make sure they’re empowering their workers rather than overloading them with adaptation and distraction?
