Joanna Riley is an entrepreneur, advocate, and mentor for diversity in technology, and the CEO and Co-Founder of Censia. Censia was built to transform the way enterprise companies hire talent, its platform is a true system of intelligence for the enterprise, predictively matching the most in-demand people to opportunities at scale, powered by AI.

Prior to Censia Joanna was the co-founder and CEO of 1-Page, a SaaS solutions provider in the Talent Acquisition sector. In 2014 she led 1-Page to a successful IPO, and onto the S&P/ASX 300 by 2016.

Before 1-Page, she experienced two successful acquisitions of her companies, was part of the International Training Unit for the FBI, was a national rower, and earned her BA degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia where she was a full scholarship athlete. She is part of the Presidents Program at Harvard Business School where she is receiving her MBA.

Jo has been featured in Fortune, Fast Company, Inc, WSJ, Financial Times, Bloomberg, Huffington Post, NYSE, TechCrunch, Business Insider, and others. Kellen Baker is the Head of Talent Acquisition at RS&H. In this capacity, he leads all recruiting efforts, including the design and execution of the staffing strategy, employer branding and marketing, recruiting systems and tools, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and college recruiting.

Before joining RS&H, Kellen earned progressive talent acquisition experience in the computer peripherals (Lexmark International), software (Microsoft), environmental services (Waste Management, Inc.), retail (Lidl US), and the beauty (Ratner Companies) industries.

Kellen is a founding member of HyrUp’s Inclusion SoundBoard, a professional panel designed to steer alignment and progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is also a founding member of Recruit for the Culture, a 175-member group created to foster networking among diverse staffing, recruiting, and talent acquisition professionals in the greater DC area. As a talent acquisition practitioner, Kellen contributes to various publications (HRTechOutlook.com), a guest speaker and panelist, and a consultant.

In his free time, Kellen enjoys music composition, traveling, and riding roller coasters – having ridden over 300 roller coasters at 50+ amusement parks around the world! As a proud alum of the University of Kentucky, Kellen also loves cheering on his beloved Kentucky Wildcats, especially during the college basketball season.

Manisha Singh serves as Global Director – Digital HR and People Analytics at Schneider Electric where she works on enabling the People Strategy through Actionable insights and Digital HR transformation. She along with her team has led Employee Experience vision, Open Talent Market, Digital Learning transformation, Robotics and AI strategy and People Analytics transformation in HR. Working at the intersection of people, process and technology her mission is to get Schneider electric, “ Future of Work” ready. Her personal quest has been to create a fair, harmonious and equitable workplaces. She and her team is using the power of digital and data to accelerate this vision.

In her 18 years or career Manisha has held Global leadership roles in managing –Strategic business Initiatives, Corporate transformation, HR Strategy and Talent Management. She has led Cross functional teams across geographies and diverse businesses. She loves being at the edge, inventing the futuristic operating models, building an innovative and fair workplace and unleashing the growth potential within individuals and organizations.

Manisha is a systems thinker and a futurist who believes that HR is the conscience keeper of the business, human capital is the key differentiator and that the future is human! She supports MIT office of digital learning and MT Work of Future group in advisory capacity. She champions diversity and vocational education for youth.

Shakti Jauhar is a global leader and a data-driven executive recognized for his operational expertise in Manufacturing, Information Technology, Finance and Human Resources. Known as a transformational leader, he has a track record of setting clear strategies, driven by rigorous analytics and insights. Shakti leverages technology innovation across geographies to optimize business processes delivering technical competencies, costs reductions and increased efficiencies.

Mr. Jauhar’s successes include leading Digital Transformation and Automation in multiple functions and companies including PepsiCo, Reliance and ABB.

Recently he served as Senior Vice President for PepsiCo Global Human Resources and Shared Services and led their strategic HR Digital Transformation. During this time, he established technology, global operations and shared services across 83 countries with 300,000 employees for PepsiCo’s HR function.

Shakti recently co-founded a new venture ‘Mechanism Wellness’ which is a personalized Digital Employee Wellness program based Functional Medicine principles with big goals to help people optimize their health and ultimately bend the Healthcare cost curve.

Acknowledged for his accomplishments, Mr. Jauhar has received numerous awards for his transformational work, including HRO Today’s 2014 Superstar, Outstanding 50 Asian American award in 2016 by the AABD and SAP’s Klaus Tricia Award for Breakthrough Thinking, Simplicity and Boldness in 2017. In 2018, he was featured in the book Talent Wins by Ram Sharan covering his human resources digital transformation work.

Mr. Jauhar sits on the board and is a compensation committee chair at World Education Services. He is also on the advisory board of Censia and Acadian Ventures. He is actively involved in many philanthropic works and generously shares his expertise and time in mentoring emerging talents.
