Jennifer Chiang is the Strategy Head of People (US) at MilliporeSigma.

Reneé leads People Partnering as well as the Talent COE at Elara Caring, an industry leader in the
home healthcare space focused on patient care with almost 30K employees across 17 US states. In
this role, she is responsible for employee engagement and communications, recognition, change
management, organization design, learning and development, and HR service delivery for the HR
function.

Prior to Elara, she led the Americas People Partnering function within the real estate firm Cushman &
Wakefield, and prior to that, she led the human resources function globally for Honeywell UOP, a $3B
oil and gas technology business with over 4K employees across 80 countries. Prior to joining
Honeywell, Reneé worked at Publicis Media Groupe in Chicago in a HR business partner role
focused on employee engagement, culture and diversity initiatives. Reneé started her career in the
HR Development Program at Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) in New Jersey, which included an
assignment in Singapore.

Renee’ has built her career taking challenging roles focused on HR strategy, M&A, and project
management. She is described as a high-energy leader who knows how to get things done and has
a passion for inclusion and diversity.

Michael is currently the Head of HR for the New York Branch at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). In his role, Michael oversees all aspects of Human Resources, i.e.  employee relations, talent management, talent acquisition, employee value proposition etc.

Prior to joining CBA, Michael worked for 10 years at a European financial institution in Frankfurt, London and New York. In his last role he was the Deputy Head of HR for the New York Branch. He holds a triple Master’s degree in International Business from Georgetown University (Washington D.C), ESADE Business School (Barcelona / Spain) and FGV / EBAPE (Rio de Janeiro / Brazil). Furthermore he holds a German ”Diplom” in Business Administration (MBA equivalent) from the University of Cologne.

Sanjay Dutt has 30 years of experience in the industry and is well recognized for his work around driving organizational strategies through Talent Management, Capability Development , Leading large scale Digital HR transformation & operations and Employee Engagement. Sanjay joined EXL in 2010 and is the Global Lead for the HR Centers of Excellence. This includes Recruitment ,Capability Development ,Digital HR Operations, Communication, Statutory Compliance and Employee Relations at EXL, globally. He also provides leadership to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Global Employee Wellness initiatives.

His key focus is to create and drive an integrated Talent strategy, in line with EXL’s long term strategy. This includes building and accelerating on Talent engine which combines Talent acquisition and Talent development from within to proactively build and engage a talent pool comprising of digital, domain and leadership capabilities. Sanjay has led the setup of the EXL Center for Talent as an engine for sourcing and building talent at scale to drive EXL’s growth. Over the years, he has been instrumental in embedding digital, sales, domain & leadership capabilities through a focused learning academy model which creates deep expertise in target capability areas. He has envisioned and established a futuristic digitally transformed HR Operations, Talent Management & Learning Ecosystem at EXL driving enhanced employee experience, improved productivity, expanding talent base across geos, and an accelerating digital, open source self-
learning culture.

Prior to joining EXL, Sanjay was a Partner at Accenture, where he led capability development for their outsourcing organization. He also previously served as Director for Performance Enhancement & Training at American Express.
Sanjay holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics from the Delhi University and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi, India. He is a prominent industry thought leader, and contributes to several HR forums and institutions globally.
