Reinventing Traditional Internships for a Virtual World

At a time when so many businesses have their employees working remotely, what happens to internship programs? Many companies have transitioned in-person internships to virtual experiences, so that they can continue building a highly-skilled and diverse talent pipeline. We will explore how employers are reinventing their internship programs to go remote and tips for ensuring that it remains a quality and interactive program for both the employer and the interns.
