Making Your Workplace More Inclusive for Family Caregivers of Every Kind

Employers are growing more aware that their workers have a diversity of caregiving responsibilities, yet companies aren’t making enough of a commitment to supporting them, especially when it comes to younger caregivers and the “sandwich generation,” according to a survey of HR leaders by AARP and From Day One. In this webinar, we’ll report on the survey’s findings and hear from experts with hands-on caregiving experience. They’ll explore how these responsibilities affect both the well-being and productivity of caregivers, how education could help managers support them better, and how attention to the issue could improve a company’s efforts toward diversity, equity, and inclusion.

From Day One is a Recertification Provider for SHRM and HRCI. This session is eligible for 1 PDC. The Activity ID will be sent to attendees after the conclusion of the session.

This session is hosted by the From Day One editorial team, moderated by journalist Ericka Sóuter with support from AARP.
