Tricia Sandiego, Senior Advisor for AARP’s Caregiving & Health team, is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) experienced in health communication and promotion and public health research and practice.  Her current work focuses on strategy for educating the 50+ and their families on caregiving and healthcare through programs, online tools and resources.  She serves as a spokesperson on caregiving topics for multicultural Asian American Pacific Islander outreach and live events like webinars and teletown halls.  Tricia leads caregiving employer outreach work for AARP, equipping employers with practical tips, guidance, and free resources on how to offer supports for working family caregivers. 

Prior to joining AARP, she held positions working at the National Cancer Institute and on Federal contracts for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the National Institutes of Health.  She has a background in health disparities and behavioral health.  She holds an MHS in public health from Johns Hopkins University, a BA and post-graduate certificate in Healthcare Management from McGill University, and is PMP certified by the Project Management Institute.

Ericka Sóuter has over 20 years of journalism experience and is a nationally recognized voice in parenting news and parenting advice. She is the author of the 2021 book, How to Have a Kid and a Life: a Survival Guide. A frequent contributor on Good Morning America and other national broadcast outlets, it’s her job to speak to parents across the country to stay on top of the issues, controversies, and trends most affecting families today.

Her work appears on the Bump, What to Expect, CafeMom, and Mom.com, all high-traffic parenting sites that reach millions of moms each month. Her writing has also been featured in People magazine, Us Weekly, Essence, Cosmopolitan, Self and WebMD. Ms. Sóuter received her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a master’s degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.

Nyasia Sarfo is a woman of great substance, potential and belief that there is a WOW factor in every woman.  Her cultivated skills of self-worth, self-respect and self-esteem have been the cornerstone of her life; as she grew up admiring her mother's display of these qualities through the journey of her life.  Having firsthand knowledge of, The Power of Self, is the basis of Nyasia's passion to not only instill these qualities into other women, but to also uplift, empower and inspire them to become icons of strength.  Her unrelenting determination to influence other women to recognize their strength has allowed impressive doors to be opened for her at Time and People magazine where she boldly voiced her opinion in their featured articles on feminism and women's rights. 

Not one to limit herself in anyway, Nyasia has also reflected her success professionally by practicing a career in Intellectual Property Law and educationally by earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Women and Gender Studies from Rutgers University and her Master of Science degree in Intellectual Property Law and Technology Transfer from Albany Law School. Currently, Nyasia is the Global Culture and Employee Engagement Lead at Microsoft responsible for leading a team responsible for global employee experiences, people programs and culture initiatives for the 7,000+ person Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) organization. Prior to joining Microsoft, Nyasia spent a few years working in diversity at Amazon and the larger part of her career in Law.

Cheryl is MillerKnoll’s vice president of diversity, equity, and inclusion. She leads strategy development and implementation, which align to targeted DEI commitments and priorities, in support of driving business results and maximizing the contributions of MillerKnoll’s associates. As part of MIllerKnoll’s corporate Better World strategy, Cheryl has leadership responsibility for Business Resource Group advancement, diversifying the field of design, fostering supplier diversity, elevating philanthropic engagement, and enabling inclusive learning and diverse talent success.
Kern has been recognized as a Top Diversity Executive in Corporate America by Black Enterprise, was a Champion of Diversity Award recipient, has been honored with the Diversity Salute Award, and was named one of the 10 Top Global Leaders in Diversity and Inclusion by Diversity Global Magazine. Recently, Cheryl was named as a 2021 Top DEI Influencer by the National Diversity Council as well as was selected as a 2021 Top 10 Women in Global Diversity and Inclusion. As a thought leader, she has artnered on designing in-country inclusion solutions with stakeholders in the Americas, Asia, Europe, and Australia.
Cheryl joined MillerKnoll in 2021, having previously served in leadership roles with Lockheed Martin, Johnson Controls, and the Amway Corp.
