Annie Rosencrans is the new Director of People & Culture, US at Hibob. She's led People Operations for several high growth organizations including NY-based startups, Namely and Knotel. She brings a breadth of experience across the HR field with a specific focus on HR transformation and change management.

Katharine “Kat” Anderson is the Director of HR for the Corporate Division of Scientific Games. In this role, she provides strategic advice and counsel to the corporate leadership and their teams around HR related areas of focus. Katharine also leads key areas of focus on diversity, equity and inclusion at Scientific Games. Katharine is responsible for providing oversight and driving initiatives within DEI that ensure the company’s culture and processes are inclusive and provide all employees the opportunity to contribute to the business goals of the company.

Katharine has been with Scientific Games since 2010 and prior to her current role she served in several other leadership roles at Scientific Games within the administrative and compliance-related functions in corporate human resources. During her tenure with Scientific Games she also served as the corporate HR representative for the Integration Management Office and was actively involved in two large integrations over the past several years.

Prior to joining Scientific Games, Katharine worked in HR leadership positions at several companies including Kellogg, Brown & Root and Perini Building Company. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of South Florida and was honored as a distinguished alumnus for the department of psychology in October 2017.

Larry is a strategic, energetic, inspirational and visionary senior leader. He is consistently sought after as a thought leader in the HR space, both internally and externally and he was named in the Top 50 Human Resources Professional Award by OnConferences in January 2021.

Over his career Larry has built highly effective talent acquisition and enablement strategies and development programs. Larry is known for his exceptional ability to work with cross-functional leaders and silo bust throughout organizations. His passion and authenticity has led him to focus on transforming the landscape of talent and ensuring the people strategy closely aligns with the business strategy using cutting edge technologies.

Currently, Larry is the Vice President of Global Talent at NetApp. He is transforming how NetApp thinks about talent with resilience, curiosity and a growth mindset. He is leading a digital transformation of the HR functions, leveraging powerful technology to  introduce an internal talent marketplace. Larry believes in leading with authenticity and creating a place where NetApp talent can continue learning and growing their careers.

Luciana is the vice president and Global Head of Employee Experience at HP. In this role, she oversees HP’s culture, employee communications, engagement, social impact, change management, and employer brand.

With 25+ years of experience, Luciana specializes in helping corporate leaders achieve business results by driving culture and engaging employees with the company, their colleagues, and their work through effective programs and communications.

Luciana has led both internal and external communications teams. Prior to joining HP in 2015, Luciana spent four years at Apple. Before that, she was at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Luciana began her career at Sapient. She consulted for MIT, Merck, and Manulife, among other clients.

Luciana has twice received the prestigious International Association of Business Communicators’ Gold Quill Award. She has a BA in English and Anthropology from Amherst College and an MBA from Boston University, both with high honors. She is married, loves to travel, and is happy to call the Napa Valley her home.
