Rewriting the Rules of Human Capital Development

Despite the uncertainty of the labor market, the talent landscape remains turbulent: talent is moving, companies are backfilling from the Great Resignation, and unemployment is low. Employers are even more pressed to think about how to protect and invest in their human capital: the backbone of organizational success. How are companies rewriting the rulebook in this environment? How are they re-assessing their approach to employee engagement and L&D? Are they going beyond transactional approaches to invest in their employees through coaching and other methods? Alternatively, what fundamentals are companies revisiting to re-engage talent and win back workers?
