Reinventing Traditional Internships for a Virtual World

At a time when so many businesses have their employees working remotely, what happens to internship programs? Many companies have transitioned in-person internships to virtual experiences, so that they can continue building a highly-skilled and diverse talent pipeline. We will explore how employers are reinventing their internship programs to go remote and tips for ensuring that it remains a quality and interactive program for both the employer and the interns.

This session is hosted by the From Day One editorial team, and moderated by Seth Green, Founding Director of the Raymond Baumhart, S.J., Center for Social Enterprise and Responsibility at Loyola University of Chicago, with support from NAF and Purdue Cyber Apprenticeship Program.
