Bobby Griffin is the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for CBRE. In his role, Bobby works closely with leadership on the strategy and execution of CBRE’s diversity and inclusion efforts. Bobby provides guidance aimed at further positioning CBRE as an employer of choice. He focuses on CBRE’s commitment to its employees and the diversity and inclusion mission: To foster an inclusive and engaging work environment that values and leverages employee differences to achieve world class business results. This includes implementing and supporting diversity initiatives, enhancing the effectiveness of employee networks and integration of D&I into talent acquisition and talent management processes.
Prior to joining CBRE, Bobby was the Global Director of Diversity & Inclusion for Flowserve Corporation, a manufacturing and fluid motion services company with operations in 50 countries across 3 global regions. In his role, Bobby was responsible for partnering with leadership on the strategy design and execution of Flowserve’s global D&I effort. Prior to Joining Flowserve, Bobby worked as the Global Director of Diversity & Inclusion for Alcon/Novartis, a global eye care and pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales company with operations in 75 countries around the world.
Bobby has also held various regional and national level human resource leadership positions in Fortune 100 companies in the consumer products goods and health care sectors including Coca-Cola Enterprises and Merck & Co. Inc. In these roles he successfully developed and implemented strategies, initiatives, and solutions that drove and supported diversity & inclusion, leadership development, and talent management.
Bobby holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Abilene Christian University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas.
